Sauer - Verjus
Sauer is an extra sour verjus crafted from unripe Zweigelt grapes in Austria — a refined, complex alternative to lemon juice or vinegar in cocktails, sauces, and marinades. Its bright acidity and aromatic depth make it a go-to ingredient for bartenders and chefs looking for something more considered than a standard souring agent.
Sauer is available to both trade and retail buyers across the UK. Whether you're stocking a bar, building a cocktail menu, or sourcing for retail, get in touch with the IVbrands team to discuss your requirements.
