Sauer - Verjus

Sauer goes beyond typical cordials for extraordinary mixology. Crafted from unripe grapes, this bright, tart juice delivers a versatile acidity that enhances cocktails with complexity and depth. Made from sour Zweigelt grapes, Verjus offers a refined acidity with aromatic complexity, making it a versatile alternative to lemon or vinegar in sauces, marinades, and cocktails.
